New games developer Bitblox Games has officially launched its operations, aiming to tap into the igaming market with a suite of cryptocurrency-focused game releases.
Bitblox, a studio that describes itself as ” a first-of its-kind“, will offer operators an array of fast-paced Web3 skill-based games to clients who want to use expanding crypto utilities to engage a wider audience.
Brandt Page, Bitblox’s CEO, said that Bitblox “dramatically expands what igaming is capable of being.”
Blockchain-based gaming offers additional transparency for igaming operators, while giving players new and engaging betting options.
The developer will build its games portfolio exclusively on Hxro network – a distributed liquidity layer for igaming applications built on the Solana Blockchain. Bitblox’s plans are significant because they focus on P2P games that allow players to compete against each other instead of betting against the casino.
It is exciting to see Bitblox’s creation and commitment to build real-money gaming content and free-to play games on Hxro Network,” said Hxro Network co-founder Dan Gunsberg.
“Their mission to advance crypto technology in the igaming market is aligned with Network’s goal of becoming the largest on-chain provider of derivatives and liquidity for igaming.”
Bitblox will make its debut at the end of this month. It will showcase its products to the industry during the CasinoBeats Summit 2020, which takes place in Malta from May 23-25.
