Bragg Gaming Group announced that it has nominated 3 new directors to join its board. The announcement was made on Friday, and three industry experts with extensive experience Ron Baryoseph Don Robertson Kent Young were nominated.
Bragg stated that the three nominees are expected replace the existing directors of the company. is a list that includes Rob Godfrey (Chair), Paul Pathak, and Paul Godfrey. The company announced that the directors have decided to not stand for reelection at the Board’s next shareholders meeting scheduled for on June 22, 2023.
Paul Godfrey has signed a new 24 month consulting agreement Bragg. In this agreement, Godfrey will deliver advisory services to the global B2B content and technology provider.
The nominations seek to strengthen Bragg’s Board
Yaniv Sterling was thrilled about the nominations of Baryoseph Robertson and Young. He praised the experience of the three and said that they would help the B2B vertical grow by helping the capture opportunities.

Baryoseph’s nominating is not surprising, given his experience in the regulated gaming vertical. He has over three decades of experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to the online and land based sectors.
Robertson has more than twenty-five years of experience with risk management and corporate finance. He has been a member of global businesses, and is currently a board member of Orillia Power Generation Corporation.
Last but not the least, young brings a wealth of experience in different sectors. He has worked in the global gaming industry for more than thirty years. He is also a leader who has proven himself within this sector. Young has worked for gaming companies like Aristocrat Technologies and Azure Game America. He also held a senior role at Bragg.
