BetMGM is a joint venture between MGM Resorts International, Entain and MGM Resorts International. It has updated its sports betting application to coincide with NFL’s new season.
Yesterday (7 September), the 2023-24 NFL season kicked off with the Detroit Lions beating the Kansas City Chiefs by a score of 21-20. BetMGM’s revamped app was launched ahead of the match, giving users access to new features.
There is a free Survivor Pool where customers can pick a winning team each week. Once a team has been selected, it cannot be chosen again. The $100,000 (PS80.085/EUR93.352) jackpot will be awarded to the last player.
The BetMGM app offers a feature called Same-Game-Parlay+, which allows users to combine two separate same-game parlays in a single wager.
BetMGM allows users to access their account from anywhere in the world where online sports betting has been legalized. Customers will also have access to special offers, such as a 50% boost on live odds when betting on teams located in the state they are currently located.
BetMGM is currently present in 26 countries, both mobile and retail. Kentucky launched its retail sports betting yesterday (7 September) before the online launch on 28 September. BetMGM has partnered with Revolutionary Racing Kentucky to offer sports betting in Kentucky.
Adam Greenblatt, BetMGM‘s CEO, said: “We designed our cutting-edge sports betting platform with a range of options for sports fans to engage.” The BetMGM app’s next-generation is a huge step forward for the sports betting experience. It enhances the entertainment level before, during and even after games.”
