Aristocrat’s Anaxi Division Grows through Acquisitions and Partnerships
Aristocrat’s online RMG division was rebranded as Anaxi by Aristocrat, creating the third business unit in the Aristocrat Group. This change took place in October 2022. This move was in support of Aristocrat’s growth strategy which included the creation of an online RMG unit and exploring opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions.
Anaxi fulfilled that promise quickly with the acquisition Roxor Gaming. This provided Anaxi content publishing technology and remote server operations, thereby accelerating its growth in the iGaming sector. Aristocrat also signed an multiyear partnershipwith the NFL’s New England Patriots in order to increase its brand reach. It announced another milestone in February 2023, just a few days after Anaxi’s official launch: it signed a strategic partnershipwith BetMGM, a sports betting giant.
