FSB, a global supplier of iGaming services and sports betting, announced that Adam Smith, his interim chief executive officer (CEO), has taken on a full-time position with the company. Smith was appointed interim CEO in December 2022.
After a three-month interim period that was successful, FSB has now confirmed that Smith will take over the CEO position full-time. This senior-level move was made at a time when Smith wanted to increase its global presence and enter North America, a strategic iGaming marketplace.
Fitzdares, one of the company’s long-term partners was able to complete the long-awaited entry. The collaboration allowed the B2B supplier to expand its global reach by entering the Canada-regulated gambling market in Ontario. This market is considered one of the most lucrative for the region.
Smith will be the CEO of the company and oversee its growth. FSB previously confirmed that it plans to increase its presence in strategic markets like Africa and continental Europe including the UK, Ireland and Canada.
