Max Verstappen is coming to Australia as a Favorite -300
The reigning F1 champion is the only driver to have minus odds. This suggests that the bookies believe he will win the 2022 Australian Grand Prix. He will win the 2022 Australian Grand Prix, his first ever triumph in Australia.
He’s not to blame for the fact that he hasn’t won the Melbourne race. He finished second last season and was awarded an additional point for the fastest lap. Charles Leclerc, a Ferrari driver, was the winner of last year’s event. But oddsmakers aren’t sure he’ll do it again.
Charles Leclerc and Ferrari Dreaming of Victories
Charles Leclerc, a Ferrari driver, won the Austrian GP in July 2022. This was his third and last win of the season. The two other wins were in Australia and Bahrain.
The 2023 Bahrain Grand Prix will be driven. Leclerc was not at fault for the accident. His car broke down, and he had to abandon the race.
Things went slightly better for Leclerc in the second race of 2023 F1 season. Leclerc was seventh in the race, which isn’t good by his standards. However, he was second for qualifying.
Prediction for the 2023 Australian Grand Prix
Max Verstappen is undoubtedly the best driver in the world for 2023. Therefore, it would be foolish to place a wager against him. The bookies also believe he will win the 2023 Australian GP. The Dutchman isn’t a very attractive option for bettors, even though he’s priced at -300.
His Ferrari rival might be a better choice. Charles Leclerc won’t win the race, but we could see him on the podium.
